All content, code, and design created by RumeyAI as part of our services remains the intellectual property of RumeyAI until full payment has been received. Upon full payment, you receive a licence to use the deliverables for your business purposes.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription by contacting us in accordance with the cancellation terms discussed at the start of your subscription. We do not offer refunds for partial months of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

RumeyAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee specific business results, lead volumes, or conversion rates. Results will vary based on many factors outside of our control.
